Inside Sales Representative - Affordable Housing

We’re looking for someone who is career-minded, performance-focused, and motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. You must be used to selling items over $50,000 and must be adept at managing a sales pipeline of 50-100 customers while demonstrating urgency and attention to detail from initial contact to the point of sale.

About Us:

Home Nation is a family owned and operated mobile home dealer looking for top performers to join our team. We are primarily online based and we’re very motivated about providing affordable housing to as many people as possible.

Position:

As a Sales Representative, you'll be handed pre-screened cash and finance leads from our Call Center via live phone call transfers. You’ll be responsible to qualify and close your customers on a home that meets their needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Build and manage an active pipeline of housing buyers
  • Guide customers through timelines involving land readiness, financing, installation, and delivery
  • Set clear next steps and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Ask for commitment at the right time
  • Maintain detailed notes and ownership of each opportunity

  • Confident guiding customers through complex decisions
  • Organized pipeline and follow-up discipline

  • Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales processes

Candidates with experience in the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: insurance sales, real estate inside sales, home improvement sales, debt relief or financial services sales, automotive sales, dealership BDC, or internet sales management.

What This Role Offers

Commission schedule:

  • 4% commission
  • Minimum of 2.5 sales required per calendar month.
  • $100 bonus commission for gathering Google and BBB reviews.

Average time from initial contact to point of sale:

  • 0-14 days from initial contact to point of sale - 22% of sales
  • 15-30 days from initial contact to point of sale - 14% of sales
  • 31-60 days from initial contact to point of sale - 23% of sales
  • 60+ days from initial contact to point of sale - 41% of sales

59% of our sales takes less than 60 days from initial contact to point of sale.
