Inside Sales Representative (Dental Laboratory)

Apex Dental Laboratory Group is growing and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences—all from within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and virtual outreach
• Build and manage relationships with current and prospective dental practices
• Conduct virtual presentations, webinars, and product consultations
• Act as a trusted partner to customers—supporting their success and strengthening retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case execution and service excellence
• Resolve customer concerns quickly to maintain a high level of satisfaction
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM systems

What Success Looks Like

• 40–60 outbound calls daily with consistent follow-up
• Strong lead conversion into active, revenue-generating accounts
• Organized pipeline management with real-time CRM updates
• Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales and growth targets

What You Bring

• Inside sales or telesales experience (dental or healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based selling
• Ability to present effectively in virtual environments (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong time management in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing technical products and services
• High integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset

• CRM systems (HubSpot, Evident preferred)
• Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
• Microsoft Office and dental lab software systems
