Inside Sales Representative – ERP Sales


Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities for ERP solutions by reaching out to potential clients, introducing the firm’s ERP services, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This role is key in building the sales pipeline and creating first interaction with prospects.


Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce ERP solutions and services.

- Identify decision-makers and understand basic business needs.

- Present a clear and concise value proposition of ERP systems.

- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales consultants.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM.

- Follow up on prospects via calls, emails, or LinkedIn.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

- Stay updated on ERP products, market trends, and competitors.


Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 0-1 years of relevant experience.

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

- Confidence in speaking with CEOs and managers.

- Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to learn.

- Good listening and questioning skills.

- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.

- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
