What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build strong relationships with customers (new and existing) to make sure they have the best experience.
  • Provide quotes, follow-up, and process orders to keep customers happy and the business growing.
  • Be a key player on our team by stepping up when needed – we all wear multiple hats to make things happen.
  • Get hands-on with our CRM system once it’s up and running – we’re a tech-forward company that loves innovation.

The Ideal Candidate: You don’t have to be an expert, but here’s what will help you stand out:

  • Personality: You’re friendly, approachable, and professional. People enjoy working with you.
  • Experience: You’ve got 3+ years in sales, preferably with industrial/safety products, but we’re open to your experience.
  • Self-Starter: You’re self-motivated and eager to take ownership of your work.
  • Communication: Whether it’s over the phone, email, or face-to-face, you know how to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Organization: You stay on top of your tasks and manage time well, even in a fast-paced office.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic Microsoft Office skills, and any experience with ERP/CRM is a bonus.

Compensation:

  • Pay: $39,000 - $58,000/year (depending on experience)
