Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission
• $20 commission for every service program sold

Turf Chief is a fast-growing lawn care company serving homeowners throughout the Louisville Metro area. We specialize in professional fertilization and weed control programs that keep lawns healthy, green, and weed-free.

We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help convert inbound leads, referrals, and digital inquiries into new lawn care customers.

This is a phone-based sales role focused on converting interested homeowners into recurring service programs.

What You'll Do

• Convert inbound leads into new lawn care customers
• Speak with homeowners over the phone to explain service programs
• Provide quotes and close lawn care service agreements
• Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates
• Track sales activity and maintain lead records
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone sales skills
• Self-motivated and goal driven
• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales role
• Ability to manage leads and follow up effectively
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
