Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative specializing in Legal Services to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, leveraging CRM software, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business development. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls and warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage in B2B sales activities, including negotiations and closing deals related to legal services
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and update client information
  • Provide detailed product and service information to potential clients via telemarketing and digital communication channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase lead generation
  • Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and client needs
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of legal services offerings to effectively communicate value propositions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales, preferably within the legal or professional services industry
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling and engage prospects through warm calling techniques
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with marketing strategies related to lead generation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,652.72 - $65,000.00 per year
