Inside Sales Representative - Legal Support

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our legal support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand our legal services and connecting them with the appropriate legal professionals.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience who is interested in working in the legal field.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate legal services
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with attorneys
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into retained clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure a smooth intake and onboarding process
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, call center, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
