What You Will Do

Manage inbound leads, referrals, and existing patients through phone, text, and email

Follow up relentlessly and move opportunities through the pipeline with urgency

Qualify prospects, identify needs, and close with confidence

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM

Partner with fulfillment to ensure a seamless patient experience from sale to delivery

What You Bring

Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections with confidence

Results-driven mindset — you are comfortable being measured on performance

Self-motivated and eager to learn — we will train the right person

CRM proficiency is a plus but not required

Healthcare, DME, or medical sales experience is a strong plus

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
