Propane Ninja is hiring a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to convert inbound residential leads into closed propane service accounts.
This is a consultative, homeowner-focused sales role. Most leads are inbound from customers who already have propane equipment and need service established. Your job is to educate, build trust, and guide them to choosing Propane Ninja.
This is not a call center. This is not high-pressure sales.
This is professional, relationship-based inside sales.
