Inside Sales Representative – Roof Replacement Specialist

How You’ll Drive Revenue (What You'll Do) This is a closing role centered around modern sales technology. While our dedicated customer service team handles the bulk of appointment scheduling, you will be the key player in finalizing the sale.

  • Collaborate & Close: Partner seamlessly with our Outside Sales Consultants. They perform the physical roof inspections; you work the pipeline, build the relationship, and close the roof replacement deal.
  • Virtual Selling: Master our process, and you’ll have the opportunity to manage and close deals entirely virtually from start to finish.
  • Pipeline & Tech Management: Keep our HubSpot CRM meticulously updated. You must be completely comfortable navigating digital tools, dual monitors, and fast-moving chat channels.
  • High-Touch Follow-Up: Use our automated sequences and your own relationship-building skills to follow up with warm prospects and guide them across the finish line.
  • Hustle Factor: While this is a Monday-Friday role, our most successful team members know that actively responding to evening or weekend emails/texts is the fastest way to maximize their commission.

What We’re Looking For

  • Digital Fluency: You must be highly proficient with computers and quick to learn new tech. If you are intimidated by complex CRMs, automated workflows, or modern communication tools (Google Workspace, Slack), this is not the role for you. HubSpot experience is a massive plus!
  • Experience: Proven B2B or B2C sales and closing experience is an absolute must. * Industry Knowledge: Roofing, construction, or home services sales experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right elite sales professional.
  • Communication: Sharp, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills over the phone, email, and chat. You know how to read the room and build instant rapport.
  • Availability: Able to work our late-shift schedule (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) full-time in our Walnut Creek office.

What Success Looks Like We value outcomes. Your primary Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be maintaining a 33% close rate on the deals you manage. You’ll have the marketing, the technology, and the outside team backing you up—your consistency, organization, and drive are what will seal the deal.

What This Role Isn’t Let’s be clear so we don’t waste your time: this is not a roofing production or field operations role.

  • You will not be managing crews.
  • You will not be ordering materials or dealing with permits.
  • You will not be doing entry-level cold calling (we provide high-quality inbound leads and inspections).

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 - $150,000+ realistic first-year earning potential (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)
