Inside Sales & Service Support

Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales and Service Support person in our Jackson, MS, Branch office. The Inside Sales and Service Support will perform the following tasks:

• Enter quotes into our ERP System
• Provide customers with prices, lead times, etc.
• Communicating with our Vendors
• Provide Customer Service as needed
• Following up on Credit Memos
• Receive Parts shipped to the branch and stage them in the warehouse
• Research parts
• Processing Tickets
• Managing manufacturers' warranties
• Organizing, managing, and following up with service tickets

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ verifiable experience in an Inside Sales or Parts role
• 3+ years of verifiable forklift experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Organized, able to multitask
• Self-starter in a high-paced work environment
• Work within established procedures and meet deadlines
• Warehouse staging experience a plus
