The Gig: We're looking for a natural "people person" to be the voice of Lumenture! If you love solving problems, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring positive energy to your work, you'll fit right in with our amazing client service team.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to expert: Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from current and prospective clients, handling everything from quotes and order entry to product inquiries.
• Solve problems collaboratively: Partner with our engineering and warehouse teams to troubleshoot and resolve service issues quickly and effectively.
• Flex your creative muscles: Step outside the typical service role by assisting our sales team with creative efforts, trade shows, and social media outreach.
• Pitch in: Support other departments as needed—we truly believe in "one team, one dream!"

Must-Haves:

• Excellent computer, phone, written, and interpersonal skills
• A strong ability to problem-solve while always keeping the client's needs top of mind
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Inside Sales or an eagerness to learn!

The Details: This job is full-time and located in person at Lumenture’s headquarters at 482 Pepper Street, Monroe, CT – convenient to I-84, I-95, and the Merritt Parkway via Route 25. Please note: No remote applicants will be considered.
