Inside Sales Specialist - Female (2+yrs)

• Actively follow up on new leads and inquiries on a daily basis to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass assigned monthly sales targets through consistent effort and strategic selling.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly sales reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and support business growth.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Email communication.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
