Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Inside Sales Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving a company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company's products or services. He/ She is responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels including networking, cold calling and digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
