Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Inside Sales Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving a company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company's products or services. He/ She is responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and markets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels including networking, cold calling and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align strategies and improve overall performance.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
