Inside Sales Support Specialist (Medical Device)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to support our growing network of domestic distributors and sales representatives. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth by providing daily communication, training support, and order coordination for our surgical product line, including the Vas-Q-Clip, a non-absorbable polymer ligation clip used in surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with domestic distributors and independent sales representatives to support sales activities and address questions
• Assist with training and onboarding of sales reps on company products and sales strategies
• Receive and process orders via email and coordinate shipments using FedEx or UPS (2–5 shipments per day)
• Track shipments and provide order confirmations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Support field activities including ride-alongs, hospital visits, and product demonstrations as needed
• Assist with planning and coordination of conferences, meetings, and distributor trainings
• Maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to support product adoption and sales growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field preferred
• Relevant sales, customer service, or medical device experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate effectively with sales representatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trainings and conferences

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
