Inside Sales Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Trainee to support our business growth.
Your role will be to learn and assist in identifying new sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our products and services over phone, email, and virtual channels. If you have strong communication skills and the eagerness to start your career in sales, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Research potential markets and customer needs to support lead generation.
• Assist in generating new business through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
• Interact with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Learn to present and explain products/services to customers.
• Maintain basic reports on sales activities and progress.
• Support in negotiations and deal closures under guidance.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
• Gather customer feedback and share with the internal team.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time (3 months probation period)
• Location: Work from Office
• Stipend (During Probation): ₹15,000/month
• CTC after Probation: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on performance)
