Inside Sales Trainee

The Inside Sales Trainee is an entry-level, developmental position designed for individuals who are new to the insurance industry and eager to start a career in Personal Lines Property & Casualty sales. In this role, you will learn foundational sales, customer service, and insurance knowledge while working in a call-center environment. This role includes a structured training program, close support from supervisors, and clearly defined guidelines to help you build confidence and proficiency.

Onsite position in Ormond Beach

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls using approved scripts.
• Gather and enter customer information accurately.
• Present coverage options and pricing using system recommendations.
• Guide customers through the quoting and binding process.
• Escalate complex questions to senior team members.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and call reviews.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards.
