Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handle and close incoming leads, earning customers for life.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Evaluate and schedule customer appointments on service routes to be completed in an efficient manner.
• Provide support to the Service Technicians throughout their day.
• Help build up your own, and your teammates skills by sharing your experience through training, tips & tricks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales & customer service is preferred.
• Strong office skills including proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills in english, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Pay increase if you're fluent in both English & Spanish
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to multitask and enter data into a computer while keeping the customer engaged on the phone.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
