Inside sales/Graphic designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly Motivated and detail-oriented idividual to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, sales, graphic design and execution of custom projects. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties:

-Assist, upsell, cross sell and close customers clients via phone, email and in person

-Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives and offer samples and solutions.

-Utilize tools to create quotes, sales orders, and invoices. Create work orders with complete order details and pertinent information for production and put on job board.

-Update customers on order completion.

-Assist customers on artwork and design. Ensure art is print ready. If not, estimate the time/cost it takes to create and/or manipulate existing art. Proceed accordingly

-Communicate with customers on proof approvals and revisions, update PM/Team as needed.

-Coordinate and purchase with our vendors

-Receive incoming goods, SanMar, B2 etc. Ensure accuracy, proceed & communicate accordingly

-Manage project-related paperwork ensuring accuracy and organization

-May assist with production as needed

-Help keep workplace and showroom clean/organized and up to date

-Setup and teardown of outdoor signage
- Assist in the development and implementation of custom projects
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with project coordinator lead and assis
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Assist with project estimating and budgeting
- Track project expenses and maintain accurate records
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Utilize our POS and other systems

Requirements:

-Degree in Graphic Design
-Customer service and sales experience
- Proficiency time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities
