Inside sales/Showroom representative

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers, making inbound/ outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Servicing walk ins.
  • Provide excellent customer service to walk in customers.
  • Ensure inventory is verified for purchase orders.
  • Check and match invoices with customer pick up orders.
  • Price products for showroom and keep shelves stocked properly and orderly.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an inbound/outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Experienced in e - commerce online sales using live chat/ email/ phones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Efficient and accurate typing speed at least 30 wpm - 40 wpm.
  • Ability to achieve targets.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
