```Duties```
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for entering orders, making outbound calls, expiditing orders, gathering quotes, generating quotes, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis
- Manage time to complete assigned tasks and prioritize those tasks in order of importance
- Utilize the tools provided to find solutions for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong inside sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively make outbound calls and engage customers and vendors
- Strong computer skills excel, outlook, etc.
- Proficiency in using programs, such as citrix, sx, proposal works is a plus
