Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insolvency resolution processes for corporate debtors and personal guarantors under IBC.
- Represent clients (financial creditors, operational creditors, corporate debtors) before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and High Courts.
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, replies, applications under Sections 7, 9, 10, 12A, 29A, 230, etc.
- Coordinate with Insolvency Professionals (IPs), Committee of Creditors (CoC), Resolution Applicants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct legal due diligence on distressed assets and assist in resolution planning and implementation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with IBC timelines and regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies like IBBI, RBI, SEBI, and MCA as required.
- Stay updated with amendments, circulars, and judicial precedents related to IBC.
- Familiar with IBC Act and regulations.
- Invitation and Verification of Claim
- Conducting CoC/SSC meeting
- Preparation of Notice of CoC/SSC and minute
- Working Knowledge of MS office and tally
- Working Knowledge of Accounting
- Filing of GST and TDS
- Other activities within the domain of insolvency code.
- Assist to Senior in the IBC works.
- Team player with positive & proactive attitude
