Role Overview:
Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking an Inspection Engineer to conduct a physical condition assessment of all key WHR plant equipment. This role focuses on equipment inspection, condition monitoring, and documentation for technical due diligence purposes.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspection of WHR plant equipment:
- Steam turbines and generators
-
Heat exchangers (Economizers, evaporators)

Pumps, fans, and auxiliary equipment

Electrical and control systems
-
Assess equipment condition, wear, corrosion, and maintenance practices.

Identify potential operational risks or failures and report findings.

Collaborate with the Technical Advisor to align inspection results with design and performance assessments.
- Prepare a detailed inspection report with photographs, observations, and recommendations.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial equipment inspection, preferably in WHR, power, or cement plants.

Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques, standards, and reporting practices.
- Ability to work on-site safely in industrial environments.
