Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Inspector, you’ll ensure that all materials, components, and finished products meet company quality standards and engineering requirements before reaching the customer.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
- Inspect incoming materials, machine assemblies, and components
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances; document findings accurately
- Perform tests and measurements using appropriate tools and equipment
- Set up and use inspection fixtures and precision measurement devices
- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare reports for review
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Support and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recommend improvements to processes, tooling, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in inspection or quality control preferred
- Experience with Infor XA is a plus (not required)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inspection best practices
- Ability to stay current on inspection methods, processes, and equipment
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting with hands-on work
- Exposure to varying temperatures (heat in summer, cold near open doors)
- Environmental factors such as dust, humidity, and pollen may be present
- Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting
