Inspector

We’re looking for a detail-driven Assembly Inspector who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and maintaining high quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, spotting what others miss, and playing a key role in delivering top-quality products, this could be a great fit.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Inspector, you’ll ensure that all materials, components, and finished products meet company quality standards and engineering requirements before reaching the customer.

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
Inspect incoming materials, machine assemblies, and components
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances; document findings accurately
Perform tests and measurements using appropriate tools and equipment
Set up and use inspection fixtures and precision measurement devices
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare reports for review
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
Support and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Recommend improvements to processes, tooling, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is a plus)
Previous experience in inspection or quality control preferred
Experience with Infor XA is a plus (not required)
Knowledge of safety regulations and inspection best practices
Ability to stay current on inspection methods, processes, and equipment
