About the Role:

The Junior Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that business operations and services meet established quality and compliance standards within the Baton Rouge, LA area. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, documenting findings accurately, and collaborating with senior inspectors and management to address any discrepancies or issues identified. The Junior Inspector will contribute to maintaining the integrity and reputation of the organization by upholding regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role requires attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Ultimately, the Junior Inspector supports the continuous improvement of business services by identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of inspection procedures and quality control principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new inspection techniques and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or certification related to quality control, business services, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an inspection or quality assurance role.
  • Familiarity with local and state regulations applicable to business services in Louisiana.
  • Proficiency with inspection software or data management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of business operations, facilities, and services to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Document inspection results clearly and accurately, preparing reports that highlight findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior inspectors and management to develop and implement inspection plans and schedules.
  • Follow up on identified issues to verify that corrective measures have been effectively applied.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure inspections are thorough and compliant.
