Inspector, linen, runner

Property Inspector/ Runner / Linen- - role is responsible for ensuring that the homes under their care are ready and prepped for arriving guest. The inspector will communicate with cleaners, linen, and maintenance. Duties include helping with linen when needed, inspections, and running linens when needed. We pay milage and car must be reliable. Weekends and choice of days off during week. Paid vacation and $500 hiring bonus with another $500 bonus after 90 review.

Must be able to lift up to r-lbs. and do minimal maintenance of changing filters and light bulbs. This job will require climbing stairs and have good telephone skills.
