ROLE:

* Handle Instagram end-to-end

* Create face reels (talking, storytelling – travel)

* Use hooks, trends & watch-time strategy

* Carousels + static posts

* WhatsApp creatives (offers & reminders)

* Track reach, engagement & enquiries

MUST HAVE:

* Comfortable showing face (non-negotiable)

* Strong Instagram growth knowledge

* Clean video editing skills

* Good aesthetics

* Self-driven

NOT FOR:

* Camera-shy creators

* Trend-only reposting

* Designers without video skills

Hybrid / In-office Pay as per skill
