Instagram Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Instagram Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our team. Your main focus will be sourcing quality leads on Instagram and handling outreach through text and voice note messages. All appointment setting and deal closing will be managed by our internal team — you just focus on lead sourcing and outreach.

This is a remote, full-time position with excellent growth potential and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-quality, relevant leads on Instagram
• Send 300+ outreach messages per day (mix of text + voice notes) across multiple accounts
• Follow provided outreach scripts and guidelines
• Warm up and manage accounts properly to avoid Instagram restrictions
• Track daily outreach progress in a shared Google Sheet/CRM
• Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with the team

Requirements

• Fluent in English (clear, neutral, or good accent for voice notes)
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness (daily updates required)
• Flexible working hours (ideally daytime Pakistan time, but flexible as long as targets are met)
• Full-time commitment (no side jobs/projects)
• Basic understanding of Instagram outreach strategies & restrictions
• Reliable and consistent — must meet daily outreach targets
• Prior experience in Instagram lead generation/outreach is preferred
