Instagram Visual Content Planner

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a visual storyteller who lives and breathes Instagram — someone who already runs a beautifully curated, Pinterest-inspired page and knows how to build a community that feels like a luxury lifestyle. You will own the strategy, the grid, the reels, and the energy of three distinct Instagram pages. Speed matters. Aesthetic matters. Planning matters.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain a pre-planned content grid — every post, reel, and story mapped out in advance with Pinterest-quality visual direction before a single trip or shoot happens.
• Create detailed shot lists for every trip or event — telling creators exactly where to be, what to wear, what to do, and what content we need from them.
• Study and deeply understand each creator's personality, energy, and audience — tailor content to fit who they are authentically.
• Plan content around who will be at each event — anticipate what content we'll have, what stories we can tell, and what we still need to capture.
• Execute reels with strategic intent — not just trending audio, but intentional pacing, flow, and storytelling that drives community and conversions.
• Weave in luxury, mindset, and community elements consistently — the audience should feel aspirational and seen at the same time.
• Create content that resonates deeply with moms — the aesthetic, the messaging, and the vibe should speak to women building something big alongside family life.
• Moderate comments, DMs, and community engagement to keep the pages warm, high-vibe, and on-brand.

Proven page experience

You already run (or have run) an Instagram page with a real following and a beautiful grid. Bonus if it's Pinterest-inspired or lifestyle-focused.

Pinterest-native eye

You use Pinterest to mood board, plan, and source visual direction — not just to scroll. You think in grids before you think in posts.

Shot list creator

You know how to brief a creator or photographer. You can turn a trip into a content plan before the bags are even packed.

Fast and reliable

You don't miss deadlines. You over-communicate. You flag things early, solve problems quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
