Job Title: Install Coordinator – Home Services (HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical)

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base + growth opportunities
We’re hiring an Install Coordinator to run day-to-day scheduling and dispatch for a high-volume residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical install department.
This role is perfect for professionals from HVAC service dispatch, plumbing operations, electrical operations, or garage door companies looking to take on more responsibility and grow into operations leadership.
You won’t sell or design systems—you’ll move jobs, crews, and revenue efficiently.
Book and schedule residential installs
Dispatch crews and track job flow in real time
Enforce install process, documentation, and quality standards
Ensure installers don’t leave without payment collection
Support daily revenue, completion, and operational goals
Resolve day-of install issues quickly and professionally
Field operations, dispatch, or install coordination experience
Scheduling and crew management skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
CRM and communication tool proficiency (Slack, ServiceTitan, or similar)
Accountability for job completion and payment collection
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or garage door operations
Supervisory or leadership experience
KPI tracking, dashboards, or reporting experience
Process improvement or SOP enforcement
Conflict resolution and technician management
Training or onboarding installers
Clear growth path into Install Operations leadership
Full-time, on-site role with operational ownership
