From our Cape Girardeau location, we specialize in Whole Home Standby Generators, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our Power Installation Team as an Installation Technician Helper.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with site assessments to determine proper generator placement
- Support generator assembly and installation
- Help connect fuel and electrical lines under supervision
- Assist with transfer switches, panels, and control wiring
- Work alongside plumbers on propane or natural gas fuel system setup
- Aid in testing, load checks, and commissioning to ensure proper operation
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset
- Mechanical aptitude (electrical experience is a plus, but not required)
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment
- Desire to grow into a skilled installer role
