Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka based HVAC contractor that provides home services, installation and maintenance service throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida Region including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns and Alachua counties. We are a family owned and operated business which has been providing Five Star HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) services for over 60 years! Job Overview

An Install Helper assists skilled workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Install department to ensure timely and accurate HVAC installations
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer concerns and proactively solving problems
Analyze work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete jobs according to company standards
Request necessary parts for each job
Ensure vehicle is loaded with all necessary equipment for job
Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications
At least 1 Year experience in residential HVAC installation is Preferred
EPA Universal Certification Required
Mechanical aptitude
High level of accountability
Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
Bilingual is a plus!

Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
