Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, seeks a full-time Install Millwork Estimator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Quantify quantities of millwork, doors, windows, and siding from electronic plans

Assign install values congruent with established installer costs, plan eccentricities, geographic region, and desired job margins
-
Input install labor quotes into Bistrack and forward to sales and customers as required
-
Perform material takeoffs, including millwork, lumber, siding, and slab steel
-
Perform all other duties as assigned
Experience Required:
-
High school diploma
-
Two years of experience in residential construction estimating
-
An addition of three years of experience may be substituted for the high school diploma
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
-
Ability to read blueprints, including
-
Windows sizes
-
Door sizes and handing
-
Stair treads/risers/handrails
-
Siding, including trim elements
-
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
