Install Millwork Estimator

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company, seeks a full-time Install Millwork Estimator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quantify quantities of millwork, doors, windows, and siding from electronic plans
  • Assign install values congruent with established installer costs, plan eccentricities, geographic region, and desired job margins
  • Input install labor quotes into Bistrack and forward to sales and customers as required
  • Perform material takeoffs, including millwork, lumber, siding, and slab steel
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

  • High school diploma
  • Two years of experience in residential construction estimating
  • An addition of three years of experience may be substituted for the high school diploma

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to read blueprints, including
  • Windows sizes
  • Door sizes and handing
  • Stair treads/risers/handrails
  • Siding, including trim elements
  • Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
