Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly + Opportunities for Bonus
Location: Full-time (On-site) Hillsboro, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
What You’ll Do
Evaluate contractor applicants to confirm they satisfy all required licensing, insurance, experience, and quality standards.
Assess overall fit by reviewing communication style, level of professionalism, and alignment with company standards.
Proactively identify and recruit top talent through strategic outreach, sourcing efforts, and networking across multiple markets.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to present qualified candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure consistent, timely follow-up throughout the process.
Support market needs by sourcing and recruiting installers across multiple products, including roofing, windows, siding, bath, solar, etc.
Maintain well-organized candidate pipelines and detailed documentation to ensure clear visibility and alignment across the team.
