Job Overview

Our client in Bahrain is looking for a skilled Installation and Support Technician/Engineer with hands-on experience in Avaya and Mitel systems. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting telecommunication systems to ensure reliable performance and smooth operation for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Avaya Systems:

• Install, configure, and support Avaya Aura applications (release 8 and 10), including:
• Communication Manager (CM)
• Session Manager (SM)
• Avaya Aura Device Services (AADS)
• System Manager (SMGR)
• Install, configure, and support Session Border Controllers (SBC) for SIP lines and workplace clients.

Mitel Systems:

• Install, configure, and support Mitel MX-One systems.
• Install, configure, and support Micollab applications.
• Manage and support Media Border Gateways (MBG) for SIP lines.

General Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Ensure systems run efficiently and securely.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Maintain accurate documentation for installations, configurations, and support activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in installation and support of Avaya and Mitel systems.
• Valid certifications in relevant Avaya and Mitel technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, telecommunication protocols, and network fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex telecommunication systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Flexible to support on-site installations and client requirements.
