Floors by Angie is a 'start to finish' flooring replacement company serving North and Southeast Wisconsin. We're a growing female and family-owned company based in Northesast Wisconsin. The purpose of this position is to procure all the needs for our installation teams, and to provide the highest quality customer service to each homeowner. - Emotional Intelligence: Ability to verbally communicate with confidence- the ability to stay calm with any escalations, and the ability to get excited/happy in other, more casual interactions
- Someone who has a strong desire to resolve problems, and to "get it right" for the customer
- Someone who has a willingness to learn and enjoys accountability
- Prior experience in scheduling could be helpful, but we will train the right person
- A track-record of showing up on time, and finishing tasks
- This person should be able to focus on smaller details like creating product orders for the customer, while also having the desire and excitement to speak with our customers. Strong interpersonal skills (customer-centric attitude, persuasive but not pushy)

Responsibilities
- The purpose of this position is to really "own" the scheduling of our installation teams to make happy customers
- This role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s positive image and reputation remains intact, customers are happy, and all jobs have everything they need to be completed by the installation team
- A big part of this role includes monitoring customer feedback while also helping to resolve homeowner concerns or complaints. The ability to lead escalated customers to a reasonable resolution for both them and the business is critical to this role.
- Ability to coordinate with install teams, sales staff, and office staff to ensure installations are completed. If something isnt completed, identify the breakdown in our process and provide feedback.
- Manage daily communication tasks, to-dos, and manage scheduling using a fully digital. salesforce-based system
- Schedule installation appointments with homeowners, review and approve sales agreements, upload documents, track jobs by status, prepare orders and work with Production Manager to keep warehouse organized.
- Call homeowners with reminders of upcoming appointments
- Schedule (open and close) service tickets. Track any service trends
- Check order notes for accuracy and prepare install packets for teams in the field
- Coordinate with manufacturers for weekly product deliveries
- Monitor and respond to customer’s concerns and requests
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:00
