We are seeking a hands-on, driven Installation Coordinator to lead and support our field installation team. This role sits at the intersection of team leadership and field operations, with full ownership of installer performance, job site readiness, and installation quality.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both in the field and behind the scenes. This is a leadership role for someone who takes accountability, solves problems in real time, and sets a high standard for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard installation team members
• Train and coach installers on proper techniques, job site expectations, and company standards
• Lead and support the installation team in the field, providing real-time guidance and problem-solving
• Oversee job site readiness, including tools, materials, and team preparation
• Review and approve completed installations to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate weekly installation schedules and confirm all logistics are in place
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues related to materials, timelines, or field execution
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and development

Qualifications:

• Experience in field operations, construction, installations, or a related hands-on environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Comfortable working in the field and handling physical, fast-paced job site environments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, accountable, and proactive mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
