Installation Coordinator

Job Summary:

Anderson Power Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Install Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing the permitting process, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with contractors, engineers, and customers regarding permits and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
  • Provide support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in permitting, office administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of permitting processes and regulations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
