Installation Engineer

Installation and maintenance: Execute the installation, shifting, reactivation, and speed/technology upgradation for airtel broadband, DTH, and surveillance customers in the defined area.

Response time: Respond immediately to installation requests generated by the sales team and ensure timely completion.

Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality workmanship during installation to minimize faults and complaints

Customer Experience: Maintain professional etiquette during customer visits, address queries, and continuously devise ways to improve the customer experience

Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes laid down by the company

Performance: Meet productivity Criteria and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets

Candidate Requirements Education: Graduation is required

Mandatory Assets:

• Must own a Two-Wheeler (personal vehicle)
• Must own a smartphone
• Excellent Command over the local language (Tamil) is mandatory
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to approach and handle customers professionally

Demographics:

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Gender: Male Candidates preferred (as per field requirement)

Personality:Self- motivated, Sincere, presentable, and committed to delivering results.

Location: Local candidates or those from nearby cities are preferred.

Salary and Benefits: Based on the minimum wages of the state (semi-skilled category)

Note: Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates based on discussion with the circle SPOC

Payout Mode: Salary will be credited directly to an airtel payments bank account

• Maintain a polite and smart approach toward customers
• Wear standardized attire/ uniform
• Always carry a valid ID card and display it when requested by the customer.
