Installation Engineer – Freezanz Dubai (Plumbing & Electrical Qualified)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installation Engineer to join our Freezanz Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will hold recognised qualifications in both plumbing and electrical work, with strong hands-on experience in installing, commissioning and maintaining technical systems. This role is essential in delivering high-quality mosquito-control (Eco Mist) and cooling (CoolMe) solutions across residential communities, commercial sites and large-scale developments.

The successful candidate will lead and support system installations, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, and produce accurate reporting for management—while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning

• Install Freezanz Eco Mist systems, CoolMe cooling units, piping networks, nozzles, pumps, fittings and controllers.
• Conduct site surveys, map nozzle layouts and identify optimal water/electrical access points.
• Perform commissioning: calibration, pressure testing, flow verification and performance checks.
• Ensure installations meet Freezanz standards, Dubai Municipality requirements and site safety protocols.

Maintenance & Servicing

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on pumps, nozzles, filters, tubing and dosing systems.
• Respond to repair calls, diagnose faults and complete corrective maintenance efficiently.
• Resolve plumbing- and electrical-related issues across active sites.
• Track and manage tools, spare parts and consumables for maintenance operations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Complete daily job sheets, site reports and maintenance records.
• Provide photo documentation and accurate measurements for each project.
• Report system performance, client feedback and technical issues to the Operations Team.
• Document consumables usage, chemical refills and component replacements.

Customer Interaction & Support

• Communicate professionally with clients, explain system operation and provide on-site training.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the Freezanz brand at all times.
• Support demonstration projects, Dubai Municipality trials and technical audits when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Trade qualification/diploma in Plumbing and Electrical work (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of installation/maintenance experience.
• Experience with pumps, irrigation, piping, pressure systems or automation is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driver’s Licence (mandatory) – must be able to drive between multiple client sites daily.
• Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts.
• Good spoken English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
