Installation & Service Engineer

The Installation & Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and servicing company products at client locations. The role involves technical support, maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure equipment/products at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, repair, and servicing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solution.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team for material requirements and technical guidance.
• Educate customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow company safety guidelines and maintain service tools/equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical.
• 0–3 years of experience in installation/servicing (freshers can also apply).
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, wiring, and tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
