Installation Team Leader

Overview
Waylight is a fast-growing premium window and door company specializing in high-performance aluminum systems. We are expanding our installation team and looking for a skilled, responsible, and professional Lead Installer to support residential and commercial projects across the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage window and door installation projects on job sites
• Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and installation specifications
• Install aluminum windows, sliding doors, folding doors, and sunroom components
• Ensure installation quality meets company standards
• Coordinate with the project manager and communicate progress
• Train and guide junior installers as needed
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners and builders

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in window/door installation (aluminum experience preferred)
• Ability to lead a small team on job sites
• Strong understanding of installation methods, waterproofing, and flashing
• Comfortable using power tools and measuring equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license require
