Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Installer to join our team and support the installation of custom laboratory and industrial furniture across the U.S. This is a travel-based role, requiring nationwide site work on commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cabinetry installation, basic construction knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to job sites across the U.S. to install lab casework, workstations, fume hoods, countertops, and accessories
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans
Measure and lay out installations based on approved drawings
Install cabinetry, panels, tops, hardware, and equipment according to specs
Work with project managers and GC contacts to ensure site readiness and timeline alignment
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized job site
Identify and communicate field issues or discrepancies back to the operations or project team
Follow all site safety rules and wear appropriate PPE
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or commercial furniture installation
Strong understanding of construction site procedures and safety
Ability to read construction and shop drawings
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 is a plus
Experience working on active construction sites preferred
