Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of installation tasks across commercial projects, ensuring that all components are installed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, contributing to high-quality outcomes that meet project specifications and client expectations. Duties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform installations such as fixtures, glass, cabinetry, doors, flooring, tile, and masonry elements
- Install various building components including roofing, framing, drywall (plastering), stucco, trim carpentry, and concrete finishing
- Conduct construction inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Manage construction site activities including material handling, fabrication, restoration work, and precise installation of fixtures and systems
- Utilize construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently across teams and timelines
- Perform quality checks on installed elements like caulking, flooring, masonry work, and painting to guarantee durability and aesthetic standards
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience with carpentry (frame and trim), roofing, masonry, welding, and concrete forming/finishing
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, electrical components, fixture installation, glass installation, and remodeling projects
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various construction tasks
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and construction management practices is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling
- Prior experience in construction inspection or quality assurance roles is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
