In this role, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of building components, fixtures, and systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help ensure that every project meets high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation tasks.
• Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, tile, drywall, stucco, and other building components with precision.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing, plastering, and restoration tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation schedules and site activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in carpentry, framing, roofing, or related trades.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics; familiarity with Bluebeam software is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with construction estimating, inspection, and project management is desirable.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, fixture installation, glass installation, drywall finishing, flooring installation (including tile), masonry, and caulking.
• Ability to work safely at heights and on scaffolding or ladders; comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Join us as an Installer if you’re passionate about building excellence! Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
