No two days are exactly the same. Our installers work on projects such as:

Drainage & Stormwater

• French drain installations
• Buried downspout systems
• Trench drains
• Flow wells and dry wells
• Yard grading and drainage corrections
• Rip-rap swales and erosion control
• Stormwater management systems

Insulation & Energy Efficiency

• Blown-in attic insulation
• Air sealing
• Ventilation improvements
• Duct sealing and wrapping
• Radiant barrier installations
• Attic system upgrades

General Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power equipment
• Dig trenches and perform excavation work
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain clean and professional jobsites
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners
• Follow safety procedures
• Take pride in quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Ability to work outdoors in Indiana weather
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Construction experience
• Landscaping experience
• Drainage or excavation experience
• Insulation experience
• Equipment operation experience
• CDL or trailer experience
