What You’ll Do

• Execute residential and small commercial electrical jobs sold by our sales team
• Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site and represent the company well
• Coordinate with project managers and operations to ensure smooth job completion
• Track time, materials, and job details using our modern field app
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to professional standards

What You Bring

• Proven residential electrical experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Valid electrician certification and licensing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided after ramp-up)

Performance Expectations

• Complete $20,000–$30,000+ in quality electrical work per week
• Deliver consistent, code-compliant results with high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate efficiently with sales and operations to maintain project flow
