Who you are:
Reliable, on-time, team player, willing to wear a uniform and present a clean-cut appearance. Everyday.

• Comfortable working outside
• Have a driver's license and a clean driving record (must be able to drive our work vans)

• Carpentry or general trade work experience.

Note: We will train you to install all our products (motorized roller screens, porch screens, etc.).

What your typical day looks like:

• 7:30 am Start work at our warehouse in Chapel Hill/Durham
• 8:30 am head to job site. Work in teams of 2-4 to pull, load, prep and install porch enclosure products. These products might be sunroom windows, or doors, or retractable porch screens. Perform maintenance on previously installed systems in the neighborhood.
• 3:30 - 6pm drive back to warehouse, submit job paperwork

Expect 5-20 hrs of overtime during the summer peak season and be comfortable with flexible shift end times during this season.

Required experience and skills:

• Carpentry or general trade work experience
• Basic math (fractions)
• Read a tape measure
• Experience with chop (miter) saw, drills, oscillating tool
• Comfortable on ladders
• Be able to lift heavy loads
• Excellent customer service
• Have a driver's license and be insurable
• Able to work outside in hot and cold
• Comfortable working in gated communities at high-end luxury homes

Pay will be based on experience and raises will come with completion of training goals.
