Online Training Institute Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Online Training Institute Coordinator to manage and coordinate all training activities across multiple sectors including IT, language training, computer courses, management programs, and STEM education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all training programs (IT, Languages, Computer Training, Management Courses, STEM)
- Oversee daily operations of the online institute
- Communicate with students, teachers, and management effectively
- Plan schedules, batches, and course delivery
- Ensure quality education and smooth execution of classes
- Support marketing and student enrollment activities
- Track performance and prepare reports
- Handle student queries and coordination
- Required Skills
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of IT, languages, and training systems
- Excellent communication skills (English + additional languages preferred)
- Basic understanding of online platforms & tools
- Leadership and problem-solving ability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in education / training coordination is an advantage
