Online Training Institute Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Online Training Institute Coordinator to manage and coordinate all training activities across multiple sectors including IT, language training, computer courses, management programs, and STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all training programs (IT, Languages, Computer Training, Management Courses, STEM)
  • Oversee daily operations of the online institute
  • Communicate with students, teachers, and management effectively
  • Plan schedules, batches, and course delivery
  • Ensure quality education and smooth execution of classes
  • Support marketing and student enrollment activities
  • Track performance and prepare reports
  • Handle student queries and coordination
  • Required Skills
  • Strong management and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of IT, languages, and training systems
  • Excellent communication skills (English + additional languages preferred)
  • Basic understanding of online platforms & tools
  • Leadership and problem-solving ability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience in education / training coordination is an advantage
