The Institute Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all academic and operational activities of the institute, ensuring smooth functioning of STEM education programs, language training courses, and other institutional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily academic operations of the institute
- Oversee STEM education programs (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- Supervise language training classes (English and other languages)
- Support teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and assessments
- Ensure smooth scheduling of classes, exams, and training sessions
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records
- Organize workshops, activities, and skill development programs
- Communicate with parents, students, and staff regarding academic matters
- Ensure quality standards in teaching and training delivery
- Assist in implementing curriculum and institutional policies
- Handle administrative coordination between departments
- Support admissions, orientation, and student onboarding processes
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of STEM education concepts
- Knowledge of language training methodologies (especially English)
- Good leadership and coordination skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage academic and non-academic activities
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in education sector preferred
Role Objective:
To ensure high-quality education delivery, smooth coordination between departments, and effective implementation of STEM and language training programs in the institute.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
